The Sanctuary of Kabeya Kamwanga
The Sanctuary honors Étienne Tshisekedi wa Mulumba, a historic pioneer of Congolese democratic governance and constitutional rule of law. Set on the soil of his ancestors in Kabeya Kamwanga, Kasai-Oriental, this national compound unifies a republican Memorial, an agro-industrial processing plant, and an entrepreneurial incubation center for youth.

The preservation of our collective history directly empowers economic sovereignty. An archival documentary capturing decades of peaceful civic dedication and national renaissance is being curated under the scholarly direction of the Foundation.
Democratic Archives
The Sanctuary houses the nation's premier contemporary archives dedicated to civil rights, public freedoms, and civic leadership. Manuscripts, diplomatic correspondence, audio reels, and rare photographs will be permanently conserved according to the highest archival standards.
